You Can Now Buy Antminer X3 – The First ASIC Monero Miner / CryptoNight Miner From Bitmain With Specs

Bitmain just launched something that many people didn’t see coming. They launched the Antminer X3, which you can now buy from Bitmain’s official site. However buying the Antminer X3 isn’t cheap by any means, but the Antminer X3 profitability is very good and it can mine over 5 different currencies which gives you great diversification if one coin goes higher than the other. You can now buy Antminer X3 from Bitmain as seen below:

The cost of the Antminer X3 is expensive as you can see. The first batch will ship one month earlier than the June batch, and you’ll save nearly $4400 if you wait, however, if you’re able to get the Antminer X3 sooner, you’ll be far more profitable at first. However, if Bitmain doesn’t sell too many of the first price due to the high price, second batch purchasers might be lucky and still have some great profitability.

The specs of the Antminer are impressive and will use very little power compared to any other Antminer every produced.  It utilizes only 550 watts instead of 1200 watts on nearly any other Antminer that Bitmain has ever released.  The miner runs at 220 KH/s (220,000) which is the equivalent of a LOT of GPU miners.  This new introduction into ASIC’s could spell huge trouble for those mining with GPU’s.

Model Antminer X3 (220Kh) will mine using the CryptoNight algorithm with a maximum hash rate of 220kh/s and a power consumption of 550W which can be purchased from Bitmain. When you buy Antminer X3, you’ll also need a AP3++ Power supply with 10 connections for the miner’s 3X hashing boards and control board.

The bottom line, should you buy the Antminer X3?

The price is very high and while this might be alarming to some people, the high price will deter many people from purchasing which will keep the mining competition low and difficulty low. Although we cannot confirm it appears that Bitmain has not run out of pre-orders which is a strong indicator that they have not sold very fast.  This being said, there may be some opportunity as others won’t be able to purchase this miner and the profitability will most likely stay fairly consistent without any massive hikes in difficulty.  The good part about this is if you DO end up being one of the lucky first purchasers of the Antminer X3, you will be earning some huge revenue at first.  In fact, after just 2 months you should be able to pay for this miner according to our estimates after buying the Antminer X3 Batch 1. This is not investment advice and you should be careful as with all crypto investments, but we do believe this miner may be one of the most profitable miners ever released from any ASIC manufacture ever.
