Apple iPhone 3GS Review | Best Cheap 3 Year Old Smartphone

The iPhone 3Gs was released in 2009. Even though its a little old and outdated as far as today is concerned, the model itself still holds value in functionality and usability in our review. It features 3 model variants. 8GB, 16GB, and 32GB storage capacity in solid state. The actual memory is a little less due to the space being used by the operating system IOS, and other apps. It also features a compass functionality that is built in. The way you can tell the difference between the iPhone 3G (older model) and the iPhone 3GS (Newer 3G model) is by the writing on the back. The writing on the back of the 3GS, is in CHROME lettering or a silver colored tint. The iPhone 3GS originaly sold better then any one smartphone to date as of today! In 2009 when it was released it topped all other phones in functionality and usability. Today we review it again to see if it can still hold a candle to our currant smartphone generation! If your iPhone is rounded back, but has a grey font color and lettering, you can be sure that it is 3G, not the 3GS. Even though there are many other cheap android smartphone solutions that are released today, nothing comes close for the price of a iPhone 3Gs and quality combined. The speed isn’t perfect and nor are the screen size and resolution, however the price is the real selling point.
